Not that I've won anything yet, but reliable sources seem to indicate that Bling.com does indeed work. Uses Google as the search engine, so if nothing else it offers a different look to the same results you're used to getting. If you sign up and invite others to join, when your "friends" win something, so do you. Be my friend on bling.com. ;) The above link takes you to the same page.
